This export system has engendered amazing careers for Tami Williams, Shena Moulton and last year's Fashion Face; Kai Newman. All three girls joined the hopefuls strutting on stage moments before the new faces were announced.
A part of the nights celebration was that of new-edge talent found in a line-up of extremely innovative designers all vying for the coveted title of Avante Garde Designer of the year. Andre Rowe -of whom we are huge fans- returned to defend his title but had to settle for a hot runner-up placing. Its the queen of tie-dye resort-wear; Simone "Tasha" Gordon that took the cake as the 2014 Avante Garde designer of the year.
As for the stunning creatures of beautyland it was 18 year old Giovanie Johnson and Anushka McCalla (16), who were named the Male and female fashion faces of 2014. These lucky up and comers now have the opportunity to be represented by any one of the top International model agencies invited by Saint such as Whilemina, Elite, Art and Commerce, Fusion, One Management and Next Models Worldwide.
